Angel Jewelry was established in 2012 in Qingdao. Angel Jewelry (Thailand) was operated in 2025 and located in Bangkok, Thailand. Mainly engaged in stainless steel jewelry, silver jewelry and brass jewelry.

Regarding the equipment and processes at our Thailand facility:

1. Production Equipment in Thailand:

   · PVD Plating: There is PVD plating equipment installed in Thailand, and we can do PVD plating in Thailand.

   · Laser Cutting & Polishing: Both laser cutting and polishing processes are available in our Thailand facility.

   · Laser Welding: We also have laser welding machines operational in Thailand.

   · CNC Machines: As our Thailand facility just operated in 2025, we have planned to install CNC machines in 2026 as part of our capacity expansion.

2. Labor Division & "Made in Thailand" Status:

   · According to Thailand regulations, products with over 40% of value added in Thailand can be qualified as "Made in Thailand" and obtain the Thailand Certificate of Origin.

   · Our Thailand facility currently handles: PVD plating, laser cutting, polishing, laser welding, assembly, and quality control.

   · Processes currently done in China: Casting (due to the complex equipment requirements), with plans to gradually transfer this process to Thailand by 2026.

   · We have already obtained the necessary production and export certifications in Thailand and have been successfully shipping to the US market since August with full compliance.
